Spring in Park 2017

Friday 28th April was the first evening in this ten race series.  Held at Cyclopark and a run and organised by local clubs, led by Team Darenth and the legendary Terry Blake, this is one of our favourite events of the year.

We kicked off #1 with an impressive team: Ivo, Thomas, Albert, Oliver, Lucy, Eloise, Hope, Toni and Polly.  Luke came to help with the transponders and support our riders.

 Riders gain points each and on the final evening trophies and prizes are awarded.  As it tends to be a similar field each way, it's a good way for the young riders to see their own progress as the weeks tick by.

U8's: Ivo 4th, Thomas 5th
U10 Boys: Albert 9th, Oliver 10th
U10 Girls: Lucy 8th
U12 Girls: Hope 3rd, Eloise 5th
U16 Girls: Polly 2nd, Toni 6th (puncture at lap 13)

Brilliant riding from everyone as usual, congratulations to Ivo, Thomas, Oliver, Lucy and Eloise on completing their first Regional race.
